Qi Lejian, a male of the Han ethnicity, was born in February 1971 and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He holds a bachelor's degree in education. He is currently the deputy district chief of the Siming District People's Government and the secretary of the Party Committee as well as the director and inspector general of the Siming District Public Security Bureau.
